Irina is a qualified Russian lawyer with a substantial practice in various employment, contractual and corporate matters for both Russian and international clients. Apart from that, Irina has a deep experience in local currency regulatory matters and project financing with a specific focus on FATCA & CRS implications. And her previous experience as a senior lawyer of a large Russian aircraft construction factory allows Irina to provide legal advice within complicated insurance projects.

Although Irina keeps on advising MGAP’s clients as an Of Counsel of the firm, she is currently developing hew own advisory practice in Kazakhstan, Armenia and Georgia and, given her network and competences, Irina will be a preferred consultant for MGAP for general advisory matters related to the said jurisdictions.
