Olga is a qualified Russian lawyer with a specialisation in Corporate, Tax, and Labour law. She leads the projects related to holdings structuring, legal and tax support, selling and buying assets in Russia and abroad. Olga has substantial experience in Labour law. She represents employers’ interests in labour disputes with their employees and assists the parties in mediation. Olga has a particular professional interest in BEPS plan application in order to prevent base erosion. Olga analyses intra-group deals and prepares the documents for tax control purposes of such deals.
