For more than 10 years Viktoria has represented MGAP’s clients at all stages of criminal proceedings and sentence enforcement.
Viktoria specialises in complex economic criminal cases, as well as those with cross-border elements.
Carefully analyzing each and every facet of a criminal case, Viktoria develops defence tactics and strategy for a client at preliminary investigation stages and during court proceedings. Viktoria interacts with experts on issues requiring specialist knowledge and remains in constant contact with clients throughout proceedings, including at the enforcement of sentence stage.
Viktoria’s experience includes representing clientele in criminal cases connected to the securities market, fraud, white-colar crime, drug dealing, intellectual property, high technologies, as well as personal crime.
