MGAP helped a group of private clients in a dispute with a developer – investor in a large estate of apartments in Moscow who refused to recognise the rights of MGAP’s clients to non-domestic premises within the building under construction and had taken over the rights based on an agreement made with the previous developer. MGAP was able to work out a legal solution and successfully represented the interests of their clients in court.
