A legal case claiming damages from the government of Moscow in relation to the non-completion of an investment building project to construct a multi-storey premium-class domestic complex
The reason for non-completion of the building, was a new act on “high rise/pointed structures” undertaken by the state building authorities. The court ordered the government of Moscow to pay damages in full.
